Pre-sale Ticket Restrictions

Event-Specific: Pre-sale tickets are valid only for the specific event for which they were purchased and cannot be transferred to other events. 

Payment Deadline: To secure the pre-sale rate, payment must be received by the specified deadline. Late payments will result in cancellation of your registration.

No Refunds or Vouchers: Please note that no refunds or vouchers will be issued for cancellations of pre-sale tickets.

Substitute Delegate: If you are unable to attend the conference, you may send a substitute delegate from your organisation to attend the event at no additional cost.

SUMMIT & DINNER: The CIO Summit is intended for CIOs, senior business executives and senior technical roles, from end user organisations. DINNER: The organisers reserve the right to decline registrations or corporate table bookings at any time. Group ticket options are valid for registrations from the same organisation, booked at the same time.

  • Fulfill our obligations as event organisers and communicate regarding the event(s) you are attending
  • Promote future events and services offered by Brightstar and IDC which we believe will be of interest to you.

  • Limited information maybe shared with third parties who are contracted to supply marketing activities (eg name and address details for mailings through our mailhouse). Such information is shared for the purpose of that activity only and under strict confidentiality rules.
  • Limited information maybe shared with certain high-level sponsors of events you attend. However, full contact details (ie address, email and phone numbers) are only shared when we have collected your express permission through the registration process or through our event app.

Email communications

All customers are automatically signed up to receive relevant email marketing communications from the event organisers. You can choose to remove yourself from marketing emails by following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails.
